GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With the publication of these terms and conditions, all previous agreements and arrangements lose validity.

Scope:

The general terms and conditions apply to all current and future negotiations with us. Arrangements and agreements outside of those general terms and conditions shall require a written confirmation through us. The, at the time, valid prices count. Due to the amount of data, errors may occur. We reserve our right, to make changes at any time, without prior notice.

Conclusion of the contract:

The order of the products by the customer is binding. The purchase contract is concluded by accepting the contract offer contained in your order through a written confirmation or the delivery of the order. Prices are always subject to change, net plus VAT. We reserve the right to make short-term price changes without prior notice. Weight loss through shrinkage, storage, and the like cannot be excluded and will not be at our expense.

Exception of unavailability:

We reserve the rights to not deliver the order in case of the unavailability of the goods. In this case we will notify the customer immediately.

Unforeseen events such as strikes, labour disputes, operational interruptions, restrictive official measures or natural disasters official measures or natural disasters, delays in the delivery of raw materials and essential components shall extend our delivery period appropriately, insofar as the impediments can be proven to have a significant influence on delivery.

Limitation period:

The limitation period for warranty claims is one year from the date of receipt of delivery/service by the customer, unless mandatory legal provisions provide for a longer limitation period.
